HOW IT WORKS

Reserve your Date -

​

We do welcome “walk-ins!” If you just had your wedding or event over the weekend, we may still be able to accommodate you! Please send us a message asap! We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance as it is a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note there are limited spots per week available. In order to secure services with Northshore Pours, we must receive a 50% deposit within 14 days of your booking form. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in availability being released to another party. Deposits made will be credited towards the total dollar amount due.

Ship/Drop off your flowers - 

​

We suggest shipping or dropping off your florals within 72 hours of the event to ensure the freshest flowers possible! Once the order is placed, we will send detailed shipping or local drop-off instructions. Shipping is at customer’s expense to and from. Final shipment back to you costs between $20-$45 depending on order amount/weight. 

Drying & Designing -

Once we receive your florals we carefully deconstruct the arrangement for the drying process. Drying typically takes about 8 weeks. After your florals are completely dried the designing process starts. Once designing is complete, we begin to pour layers of resin until the pieces are covered! We do not color correct any florals. Our goal is to use our artistic freedom to create a one-of-a-kind piece that best suits the products of your choosing! 

Closing Time-

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit when the order is placed, and the remaining is due at time of final shipment or local pick-up. Our turn around time is an *estimated* 16-20 weeks as this process is timely and cannot be rushed. We want our absolute best work back in your hands!
